Here’s how to do it

Upload any SCORM 2004 content to SCORM Cloud, and then download it as a Dispatch package. The Dispatch package will retain all of your SCORM 2004 sequencing rules and data tracking, but it will work in a SCORM 1.2 LMS. That’s it. Easy.
